Be a Volunteer

Volunteers perform a wide range of services that are crucial to EarthWorks Expo’s success, including ticket sales, monitoring workshops, assisting with setup and takedown, answering attendee questions, assisting exhibitors, helping to run the Expo store, and much more. Most tasks do not require physical exertion. A number of volunteers will be needed 30 to 60 days before the Expo weekend.

All volunteers receive a 2-day all-inclusive pass to the exhibit halls, workshops and keynote speeches; a great looking EarthWorks T-shirt, free food during their shift, and other cool stuff. We guarantee that you’ll have a fun and fulfilling experience!

Expo volunteers are asked to work one 5-hour shift (with breaks) during the event, and may be asked to attend an orientation meeting prior to the event. You can indicate your preferred shift and favorite tasks on our volunteer form (below).

Please join us in making EarthWorks Expo 2010 the most inspiring and empowering green-living event Denver has ever seen.

To be an EarthWorks volunteer, please download the form below, fill it out and submit it by email, fax or mail as soon as possible. Please note: the Word form can be filled out online. The pdf form must be printed and filled out off line.

Thanks, and see you at the Expo!
